following senior level positions:

1. Department Head-Corporate & Legal Affairs

Manage and advise on corporate law and legal issues of the organization by

ensuring compliance with statuary, regulatory and corporate governance

requirements. Plan and conduct Board level meetings and ensure implementation of

decisions.

2. Department Head- Partnerships & Programme Design

Oversee development of donor proposals and concept notes based on

organization's strategy and donor requirements. Conduct strategic level research on

donor agencies and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and donor

grants.

3.Operations Lead

Coordinate and manage donor-funded project aimed at reduction of poverty through

development of rural Small and Medium Enterprises (SMES) thereby creating

employment and income opportunities in the marginalized areas.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Develop and manage customized monitoring and reporting tools, formats, and

checkists to meet rural SME focused project activities. Develop log-Trame and M&E

framework for the programme. Manage M&E teams in provinces and provide

technical backstopping.

5. Access to Finance Specialist

Build linkages and synergies among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)

and financial service providers for efficient and effective SME business capital for

innovation, upscaling, and business expansion activities. Lead technical advisory

function for related tasks and provide quality control and liaison with financial

service providers.
